Bios - Gregg Smolev

Gregg Smolev started in residential development in 1989, and has been with Marcon since 1990. During that time, he has been responsible for setting up and opening scores of on-site sales offices. His area of expertise includes market studies, pricing, product critique and advice, demographics, recruitment of sales personnel, training, preconstruction sales, and coordinating all the pieces necessary for opening a new on-site sales office. Particularly during set-up and opening, he is at the site on an almost daily basis.
